A pandemic-born app supporting Malaysian SMEs through spend-based rewards, Morr underwent a full rebrand to reflect its growth. As Creative Strategist, I oversaw the rebranding process and developed key visual and marketing collaterals aligned with the new direction.

THE CHALLENGE
RESEARCH & INSIGHTS
Morr began during the pandemic to support SMEs through a loyalty-based reward system but lacked cohesive brand identity. The challenge was to reposition Morr for post-pandemic growth with a more refined and professional image.
Audience insights revealed that users responded to brands that combined local community values with a digital-first experience. Competitor analysis showed a gap in SME-centric loyalty apps with strong branding.
THE STRATEGY
We crafted a new brand narrative that emphasized Morr's local roots and SME empowerment, blending tech-forward visuals with a warm, approachable tone. Messaging pillars centered around community and rewarding everyday spending.

EXECUTION
Delivered a refreshed logo, visual system, typography, brand guidelines, and updated marketing materials. Ensured consistency across social media, digital banners, and presentation decks.




MERCHANT LEAD GENERATION STRATEGY
As part of the rebrand, we have launched a freemium offering of digital marketing services for clients that are in need of that service when being onboarded, the presentation below showcases an example of our lead generation through freemium downloadables.

RESULTS
The rebrand helped reposition Morr in a more competitive space, gaining positive feedback from partners and users. It set the stage for Morr’s app relaunch and new partnership opportunities.
